Sanctioning Contract
NO SIGNED CONTRACT NO PULL!!
PLEASE READ THIS CONTRACT IN FULL!
The following is
a list of requirements to hold a sanctioned Renegade Pull:
1.
Must be capable of running all classes listed @
www.renegadepullers.com.
2.
Renegade Pullers reserves the right to be the only organization
pulling on that date at your event. All other organizations will
need to be approved by Renegade Pullers prior to the contract being
signed.
3.
Prize money will be paid by Renegade Pullers from entry fees
collected at event and will depend on the number of total entries.
The promoter may choose to add additional money or trophies at their
expense and will be distributed by Renegade Pullers. No entry
fees will be given to the promoter by Renegade Pullers Association.
ALL payouts will be handled by Renegade Pullers.
4.
Each tractor will receive two (2) admission passes to the event,
this is to allow the driver and one helper admission. Any
additional parking fees other than admission will not be charged to
our contestants.
5.
Renegade Pullers will perform the following;
a.
Take entry fees
b.
Complete line-up sheet
c.
Secure sled for pull
d.
Record information for all classes held at event.
6.
Renegade Board Members and Officers will oversee the entire pull.
ALL DESCISIONS MADE BY THE OFFICALS IN CHARGE ARE FINAL!!
7.
Promoters are responsible for the following items:
a.
Pulling track that is at a minimum of 300 ft long x 20 ft wide with
10% for shut-down area.
b.
Must have a fence in place to keep spectators away from the pulling
track and must be the full length of the track on both sides.
c.
An
announcer and sound system is strongly recommended!
d.
Pull back tractor in case of issues with the pulling sled.
e.
Must have proper track maintenance equipment on pull site and must
be manned at ALL times during the event. Must be of sufficient size
to maintain the track to our expectations. Equipment to be used but
not limited to a tractor with a box scraper, roller, blade, road
grader, water truck, etc.
f.
Track MUST be ready prior to time the pull is scheduled to start so
that Renegade Members may inspect the track and have sufficient time
to make any corrections. If the promoter needs help or tips on
track construction, please contact one of the officers listed at
www.renegadepullers.com.
8.
A
copy of our insurance can be provided upon request.
9.
Total Event Fee Due:

includes $650 for insurance and sled rental along with $2.50/mi for
mileage for the sled one way from Olathe, KS)
$50 is due with this contract as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to reserve
your date and insurance.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE ITEMS MAY RESULT IN NO PULL
AND/OR NO REFUND!!
